If your trip is cancelled, your WeatherPromise is usually cancelled automatically, and the cost of your WeatherPromise will be refunded to your original payment method. The cancellation and refund process typically takes 2–3 business days.
If you have already received confirmation that your trip is cancelled but have not yet received a cancellation confirmation from us, please email [email protected] with proof of the trip cancellation (for example, a confirmation email or a screenshot from your hotel or booking provider).
Once we receive this information, we will process the cancellation immediately and issue your refund.
