How Do I Update My WeatherPromise After Changing My Trip?

The good news is that we can update your coverage as long as your trip starts at least 7 days from now.

To set up your new WeatherPromise, please email [email protected] with one of the following:

  • Your new booking confirmation, or

  • The following details:

    • New location: accommodation name and address

    • Updated trip dates

    • Updated trip costs

Please note: If you change your trip, your current WeatherPromise will usually be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to appear in your account.
