You can cancel your WeatherPromise within 14 days of purchase when you are based in the European Union, and if there are 30 or more days between purchase and the end of your trip. In all other cases, you can cancel within 3 days of purchase.
You can cancel your WeatherPromise within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase when you are based in the US.
