You can generally cancel your WeatherPromise within 14 days of purchase if you bought your WeatherPromise within the EU, or within 3 days (72 hours) for WeatherPromises purchased elsewhere. Please refer to your WeatherPromise contract for specific details. Once we received your request to cancel your WeatherPromise, we will issue a refund.

If you need to cancel your trip due to an illness and wish to request a refund for your insurance, please reach out to our support-team directly and add your WeatherPromise order number and submit documentation of your illness (e.g., medical certificates). Please note that a refund will only be issued if the cancellation is reviewed and deemed valid.
