How can I cancel my WeatherPromise if it's because my trip was canceled?

  1. Cancellation for Personal Reasons

    • You can cancel the WeatherPromise within 14 days (in Europe) or 72 hours (in US) of purchase and receive a full refund.

    • After the cancellation deadline, cancellation is no longer possible, and the contract remains valid as originally booked. In this case, we will continue monitoring the weather as agreed. You can still access the corresponding weather observations in your dashboard.

  2. Cancellation Due to Accommodation Provider

    • If your accommodation provider cancels your booking, you may request an exceptional cancellation of the WeatherPromise.

    • In this case, your payment will be refunded within 3 business days

    • Please have a confirmation of the cancellation from your provider ready if requested.
