Can I change the dates of my WeatherPromise booking?

Yes! We can update your coverage if your new trip starts at least 7 days from now. Just send us:

  • New accommodation (name and address)

  • New trip dates

  • Updated trip cost

Or simply forward your new booking confirmation, and we’ll handle the update.

Please note: your original WeatherPromise will be canceled automatically, and the premium refunded to your payment method (refunds usually take 2–3 business days).
