How can I change the dates of my WeatherPromise booking?

Dates cannot be changed on request. You have two options:

  1. Keep the weather protection: The weather protection remains valid if the trip dates are unchanged from the original booking and the new accommodation is in close proximity (within 8 kilometers / 5 miles) to the original destination.

  2. Cancel the contract: We cancel the contract and refund the weather protection premium.
