The good news is that we can update your coverage as long as your trip starts at least 7 days from now. To set up your new WeatherPromise, please provide the following details:
New location: address and name of the accommodation
New trip dates
Updated trip costs
If it’s easier, you can simply forward your new booking confirmation email to us, and we’ll update your coverage for your rebooked trip.
When you change your trip, your current WeatherPromise will be automatically canceled, and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. (This normally takes 2–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.)
