If you cancel your accommodations β and booked a WeatherPromise through the same company as your lodging β then the WeatherPromise will be canceled and your payment refunded. If you booked the WeatherPromise separately, it will remain valid for any other accommodations within 8 kilometers (5 miles) of the initial location. On the other hand, if you purchased your WeatherPromise separately from your booking and changed your location more than 8 kilometers (5 miles) or changed your dates, please contact our support-team directly.
