Can I adjust my WeatherPromise coverage if I change my travel dates after booking?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the travel dates of an existing WeatherPromise, as the offer details are tailored to the original travel dates. However, you have two options: keep your existing WeatherPromise if your arrival and departure dates remain unchanged and your new accommodation is within 8 kilometers (5 miles), or cancel your WeatherPromise contract if its within the cancellation period, and you will receive a refund.

Some of our partners offer the possibility to take out a new WeatherPromise after a change to your travel period or accommodation. The following conditions apply:

  • The change must be made directly through the partner.

  • A new booking confirmation must have been issued and sent to you.

  • The booking confirmation will include the option to purchase a new WeatherPromise.

Once your new WeatherPromise is booked, please let us know. We will then cancel the old contract and you will receive your money back.
