If you received an email from us saying there is no payout because the weather conditions did not meet the payout criteria, but you feel that we might have made a mistake, please start by checking the details of your WeatherPromise in your confirmation email, especially the terms and conditions of your coverage, e.g. number of "rainy hours" required, exclusion days, or specific location of coverage.

Remember, even if you bought a WeatherPromise for a previous trip or event, the trigger details are likely different for this WeatherPromise since we customise the offer for each trip or event. If you still think we need to take another look, please talk to our support-team and attach screenshots of any government weather source you think we should take a look at.
