In most cases, if you cancel a trip booked through our travel partner, your WeatherPromise will be automatically cancelled and you will received a cancellation confirmation from us.
If your accommodation provider cancels your booking, WeatherPromise will automatically handle the cancellation and refund your premium through the partner within 2-3 days. Please have any confirmation of the provider's cancellation ready if requested.
If you don't receive that, please send us a copy of your booking cancellation and we will process a refund of your WeatherPromise.
