An exclusion day is a fixed period within your WeatherPromise during which no compensation is provided – even if it rains. The number of exclusion days is specified in your contract and can be found in your confirmation email.
Example (for illustration purposes only): According to the contract, compensation of €100 per day is provided starting from the 3rd rainy day. This means that the first 2 rainy days are exclusion days and are not eligible for compensation. Compensation is only paid from the 3rd rainy day onward for each additional rainy day that meets the conditions. You can find the exact terms of your contract in your confirmation email or in your personal dashboard.
