You will be notified about a possible payout as soon as the criteria of your WeatherPromise are met, or at the latest within 48 hours after your trip ends.
WeatherPromise automatically monitors the weather conditions during your trip. You do not need to submit any weather reports or take any action. If the recorded weather exceeds the coverage criteria defined in your WeatherPromise contract, a payout will be initiated automatically, and you will receive an email notification informing you that a payout is on its way.
