Can I adjust the cover if my travel dates change?

As a rule, a change to your travel dates leads to the cancellation of your WeatherPromise. We recommend reviewing the following options:

  • Travel period unchanged & new accommodation within 8 km (5 miles): Your existing WeatherPromise contract remains in place, as we monitor the weather within this radius.

  • Travel period changed: In this case, cancellation of your WeatherPromise is required. If your rebooking was made directly through our partner, you can take out a new and adjusted WeatherPromise under "My bookings".
