What happens to my WeatherPromise if I cancel my accommodation and book a new one?

If you cancel your accommodation – and your WeatherPromise was booked through the same company as your accommodation – the WeatherPromise will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded. If you booked the WeatherPromise separately, it remains valid for any other accommodation within 8 kilometres (5 miles) of the original location.

If, however, you booked your WeatherPromise separately and changed the location by more than 8 kilometres (5 miles) or changed the dates, please contact our support team.
