You can usually cancel your WeatherPromise within 14 days of purchase if you purchased it within the EU and if there are at least 30 days between conclusion of the contract and the end of the trip. Otherwise, you can withdraw from your contract within 3 days of purchase. Did you purchase your WeatherPromise outside the EU? Then you can withdraw from it within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.
