You can track the status of your WeatherPromise payout via your personal dashboard. You will find the link to it in your confirmation email. As soon as a payout is triggered based on the weather data that exceed your coverage criteria, you will also receive an email notification. Payouts are usually processed within a few days of the end of your trip. Should you not receive the payout after a notification, please connect directly with our support team.
