If you have received an email from us stating that no payout will be made because the weather conditions did not meet the payout criteria, please first check the details of your WeatherPromise in your confirmation email, in particular the conditions of your coverage (e.g. number of "rain hours", excess days or specific location). Remember that the trigger criteria are individually tailored for each WeatherPromise. If you still believe that there is an error, please connect directly with our support team and include a link to an official weather source showing differing data.
If you have already sent the support team a link with evidence, you do not need to do anything further. We will get in touch with you directly and review your request.
