Technical problems and solutions

If you are experiencing technical problems, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:


1. Page does not load or remains blank:

  • Use a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

  • Reload the page or open the website again.


2. Buttons or links do not respond:

  • Make sure that scripts or pop-ups are not blocked by browser settings.

  • Temporarily disable browser extensions such as ad blockers.

  • Try it on a different device, e.g. desktop instead of smartphone, or vice versa.


3. Error messages such as "Connection timed out" or "Page cannot be loaded":

  • Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable.

  • Restart your router or modem.

  • Try again after a few minutes.


4. Slow loading times:

  • Test your internet speed and make sure that sufficient bandwidth is available.

  • Close unnecessary browser tabs or applications.

  • Try to access the page outside peak times.


5. Website redirects or loads in an endless loop:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

  • Disable auto-fill functions in your browser.

  • Use incognito mode to avoid possible conflicts with saved session data.


6. Payment page does not load:

  • Switch to a different browser or device.

  • Make sure that pop-ups are enabled for the payment page.

  • Check whether network firewalls are blocking access to the payment page.
